We are committed to ensuring that your personal data and privacy is protected. We understand how important and valuable your personal data is and we will only use it fairly and in ways that you would reasonably expect us to.

Collection of personal information

We currently collect and process the following information:
  • Contact details – Name, email address, and telephone number
  • Payment details – billing and payment details
  • Specific information about your coaching goals and desired outcomes including your progress against these goals.
We will only collect the minimum amount of personal data we need in relation to the purpose that we need it for. We don’t specifically request any special category data. If this is shared during coaching sessions it will not be kept in notes or records.

How we collect your personal information and why we have it 
We only collect the minimum personal data about you that we need to respond to you or work with you. We don’t keep personal data longer than we need to.

Most of the personal information we process is provided directly by you for one of the following reasons:
  • In response to enquiries for details and more information about the services we provide
  • To provide coaching services, workshops or products to you

You can opt out of receiving marketing information from us at any time and we will never share or sell your personal data for marketing purposes. We will only share your personal data with trusted service providers or 3rd parties when we really need to and we will only share the minimum required. You can contact us with a query about your personal data at any time.

Your name and email address may be shared with coaching bodies as part of a coaching hours log purely used for creditation and membership purposes. This will not be used by coaching bodes for any other reason and is completely confidential. 

How we store your personal information 
Your information is securely stored. The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary in relation to the purpose it was collected for. Client records are kept in accordance with UK statutory law and regulatory reporting timescales which is seven years.

Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
  • Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
